PRODUCER PARTNER TERMS · EFFECTIVE 2026.09.15
Producer partner terms
These terms keep submission rights, sales, refunds, and producer settlement on one clear standard.
Friday currently sells Psho's catalog directly. Third-party onboarding and automated payouts have not launched.
1. Scope and approval
These terms cover studio access, submissions, review, sales, and settlement for approved producers. Submission is not automatic approval; new third-party onboarding is currently paused. A separate signed onboarding agreement prevails.
2. Identity and payout details
Use your own Google account and keep your legal name, country, and payout contact accurate. Do not share accounts/links or use another person's identity.
3. Rights warranty
You warrant that you created or lawfully control every submitted beat, cover, image, and stem and may license it. Clear collaborators, performers, publishers, and labels before submission.
4. Samples, AI, and third-party content
Disclose the source and permissions for samples, loops, voice/image material, and AI-generated elements. Material without clear authorization may not be submitted or sold.
5. Sales authorization and review
Approved producers give Friday a non-exclusive operational authorization to preview, display, promote, deliver, and issue selected licenses. Friday may approve, request edits, hold, or suspend listings for quality, rights, or policy reasons.
6. Price and settlement
Current standard prices are KRW 39,000 Basic, 79,000 Premium, 129,000 Trackout, and 690,000 Exclusive. Net profit is split 70% to the producer and 30% to the platform. Deductible expenses and final settlement rules are defined in a separate written agreement. The studio automatically estimates the share of sales after refunds; the final amount is confirmed after expenses are accounted for. Taxes, withholding, and evidence follow law and the onboarding agreement.
7. Close and payment
Order-level sales/refunds and monthly closes are shown. Payment schedule, method, and minimum are fixed in onboarding. Disputed or unverified amounts may be held until resolved. We never request card details or banking passwords in the studio.
8. Exclusive sales
Verified Exclusive payment stops new sales. Existing non-exclusive licenses remain valid. If the exclusive transaction is canceled or charged back, new sales may resume.
9. Claims and indemnity
You must provide evidence for rights claims. You are responsible, to the extent attributable to you, for refunds, third-party claims, and reasonable response costs arising from false warranties, missing rights, or breach. Friday's intentional/grossly negligent liability is not excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
You may request an end to new sales, but existing purchases, licenses, settlements, and disputes survive. Friday may immediately suspend sales/access for serious rights issues, abuse, or uncured material breach.
11. Contact and changes
Contact jinyrong884@gmail.com. Material adverse changes are posted 30 days in advance. Prior terms govern purchases and settlements already formed.

Applicable rights and further information
For new agreements, the default split is 70% to the producer and 30% to the platform, calculated on actual sales proceeds after refunds, chargebacks and erroneous payments. A separate written agreement prevails. This notice does not retroactively change the split on previously finalized sales, closed periods or payments. Taxes, statutory withholding and payout conditions must be confirmed in the agreement. No additional costs are deducted without separate agreement.
Permission is limited to displaying the submitted name, photo and biography and generating, storing and delivering sales MP3s and previews from WAV files as needed for the service. It does not transfer ownership of the originals or grant a blanket right to train AI. Producers must disclose external sales or existing licenses that could conflict with a future exclusive sale. Valid existing buyer licenses survive the end of new sales.
These policies and the order agreement do not limit mandatory rights that apply to you. Choosing Korean law does not remove mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence or access to courts and dispute-resolution procedures available by law. Contact us before payment if translations differ or a term is unclear. No language automatically prevails to reduce statutory rights.
