Beat license policy
The beat copyright remains with the licensor. The buyer receives a non-transferable right to create and release one new song within the selected tier.
Exclusive includes stems when supplied. Trackout is available only for beats with stems. Existing purchases retain their original order terms.
The terms shown immediately before payment and the order-specific electronic agreement are final. Ask support in writing before purchase about any ambiguous condition, including monetization.
Permitted use
The buyer may combine the beat with vocals, instruments, or arrangement into one new song and use that song on music services, video, live performance, and promotion within the tier limits.
Universal restrictions
- Standalone or substantially unchanged resale, sharing, distribution, or sublicensing
- Transfer of the license/files or account/link sharing
- Removing licensor rights, claiming sole authorship, or adding the beat to sample/stock libraries
- Content ID or other exclusive fingerprint registration without written approval
- Use for crime, incitement of hatred/discrimination, or infringement
Non-exclusive and exclusive
Basic/Premium/Trackout are non-exclusive and may be sold to others. Exclusive stops new sales after verified payment but does not retroactively cancel valid prior non-exclusive licenses. Exclusive is not a copyright assignment; it is exclusive use only within the order agreement.
Credit and rights
Where practicable, credit the producer of the purchased beat in the format stated in the order agreement. New vocals, lyrics, and added arrangement remain with their creators, while the underlying beat rights remain with the licensor. Do not invent publishing/master splits where a written agreement is needed.
Overages, changes, and breach
Contact jinyrong884@gmail.com before reaching a limit or using the song in film, advertising, games, sublicensing, or another unlisted context. A material breach not cured within a reasonable period after notice may terminate the license and lead to damages or rights-enforcement claims.

Applicable rights and further information
One license covers one new song made with the beat, subject to the files, streaming, video and monetization limits recorded with the order. Unless a specific restriction is stated, permitted use is worldwide and continues until a lawful ground for termination, such as a material breach, arises. Usage limits are aggregated across distribution platforms for that song. Paid advertising, film, games, another song or a separate use requires prior written agreement.
Buying a beat does not transfer copyright or establish royalty splits. Copyright, publishing, performance and sound-recording rights, society registrations and any additional permissions follow the actual ownership arrangements. We do not promise a publishing split or a waiver of mechanical or performance royalties beyond the monetization expressly permitted by the order. Credit the producer named on the purchased beat.
These policies and the order agreement do not limit mandatory rights that apply to you. Choosing Korean law does not remove mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence or access to courts and dispute-resolution procedures available by law. Contact us before payment if translations differ or a term is unclear. No language automatically prevails to reduce statutory rights.
