Terms of service

프라이데이 (representative: 권순진) operates the service and currently sells original beats by approved producers directly. Product information shown before payment, these terms, the license policy, and the order snapshot govern each transaction.

A contract forms when the buyer reviews and accepts the product, license, price, files, rights, and refund limits and payment is verified. We may promptly notify and cancel/refund pricing errors, duplicate payments, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

After approval, we email the order confirmation, electronic license agreement, and secure download link. Buyers must provide an accurate email and keep links private. Lost or expired links can be reissued with the order number and email.

Payment grants the selected usage license, not ownership of the beat. Standalone resale, redistribution, sublicensing, transfer, sole-authorship claims, and unauthorized Content ID registration are prohibited. A more specific order agreement prevails over the general policy.

Impersonation, stolen payment methods, security circumvention, abusive automation, malicious uploads, unlawful use, and infringement are prohibited. We may proportionately restrict access or delivery and take legal action.

Minors must obtain required guardian consent. A contract made without it may be canceled by the minor or guardian as provided by law.

The cancellation/refund policy governs withdrawal, defects, incorrect charges, and refunds without limiting mandatory statutory rights.

Maintenance, failures, force majeure, or provider incidents may interrupt service. We will reasonably restore it and continue delivery/refund duties for completed purchases.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intentional or gross negligence and mandatory consumer remedies. We are responsible for damage to the extent attributable to us under applicable law.

Material changes are posted 7 days in advance, or 30 days for adverse material changes. Order-time terms prevail for existing purchases. Contact jinyrong884@gmail.com; unresolved disputes follow Korean law and the court with jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure.

We retain the selected language, acceptance time, policy version and consent wording with the order terms. You can view and retain the terms for your order in the order confirmation and license document. Merely visiting an order-information page or requesting a replacement link is not treated as downloading audio.

These policies and the order agreement do not limit mandatory rights that apply to you. Choosing Korean law does not remove mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence or access to courts and dispute-resolution procedures available by law. Contact us before payment if translations differ or a term is unclear. No language automatically prevails to reduce statutory rights.
