Copyright and rights complaints

The original beat and images remain the property of their rights holders. Buyers receive only the usage license recorded with the order. An exclusive purchase does not transfer copyright without a separate assignment. Valid prior non-exclusive licenses remain effective.

Submitters must verify the sources, commercial permissions and collaborator consents for samples, loops, vocals, photos, fonts and other material. AI-service terms or an unidentified sample do not guarantee freedom from third-party claims. Unclear rights must be resolved before sale.

Email support with the rights holder’s or representative’s contact details, the relevant track or page URL, the right claimed, the original work or evidence, proof of authority where relevant and a factual explanation. Do not send passwords, complete government ID numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We review notices and may request evidence or temporarily restrict the relevant sale or access where justified. We notify the submitter as necessary and allow a response. Applicable statutory notice, removal and reinstatement procedures will be followed. A notice alone does not establish infringement, and we do not promise automatic reinstatement or legal immunity.

If a rights problem is confirmed, we review affected orders and provide information, refunds or other remedies under applicable law and the refund policy. Existing contracts and statutory remedies are not unilaterally removed.

Report materials are used only as necessary to verify rights and resolve disputes, and are retained under the privacy policy. Knowingly false or malicious notices may give rise to legal liability.
