Cancellation & refund policy

Under Korean law, you may withdraw within 7 days of receiving the contract information, or from the later start of supply. If a longer mandatory period applies, including the usual 14 days from contract conclusion for EU/EEA consumers, that period is preserved. The restrictions below do not apply before downloading or use begins. Contact support with the order number and checkout email.

A change-of-mind withdrawal restriction applies only when actual audio downloading or other supply has begun and all legal requirements are met. Where required, this includes your prior express request for immediate supply and your separate acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights after reviewing the preview and product information. Remedies for defects, non-conformity and payment errors remain available.

If files are corrupted or materially differ from the described files, license, or product, you may seek termination/refund within 3 months of supply or 30 days after learning of the issue. Where reasonable, we may first offer a working replacement or correction.

Report duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized payment immediately. After identity and transaction verification, we will cancel/refund and cooperate with the payment provider where necessary.

If an exclusive purchase is canceled/refunded, its license ends and the buyer must immediately stop using or distributing the files. We may restore the beat's availability.

For valid withdrawal of digital content, we refund within 3 business days of the statutory starting date, including the withdrawal notice date under Korean law where applicable. Verification does not arbitrarily extend the legal deadline. We request cancellation through the original payment method. Statutory late interest applies where delay is attributable to us. Bank/card posting times may vary.

Email jinyrong884@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and evidence of any defect. We verify identity and download/use status and explain the result.

We retain the selected language, acceptance time, policy version and consent wording with the order terms. You can view and retain the terms for your order in the order confirmation and license document. Merely visiting an order-information page or requesting a replacement link is not treated as downloading audio.

These policies and the order agreement do not limit mandatory rights that apply to you. Choosing Korean law does not remove mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence or access to courts and dispute-resolution procedures available by law. Contact us before payment if translations differ or a term is unclear. No language automatically prevails to reduce statutory rights.
